If you follow these three steps, you should notice a positive effect on your cognitive ability. Of course, you don't have to do all three steps at once. You can take one or two steps at a time and then go back and do all three at once after a short period of time. The important thing is to take action. Exercise can make you smarter, but if you don't take action, you won't see any effect at all.
